These terms govern your use of Colve: the website and the Windows application. By creating an account or using Colve you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Colve.
Colve takes the text you select or copy, or a picture of your screen when you press its shortcut, asks an AI model about it, and delivers the answer to a WhatsApp number you choose. The application answers only while you are signed in and your subscription is active.
You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account. An account is for one person and must not be shared or resold. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using it.
A subscription is one payment for a fixed number of days, shown on the pricing page. Nothing renews automatically: when the days end, the subscription ends, and you pay again if you want to continue. Paying while a subscription is still active adds the new days after the current ones.
Payments are processed by PayPal. A payment is not refunded after its subscription has started, except where the law requires it. If a payment was taken and your subscription did not start, contact us and we will start it or refund it.
A subscription is for one person's normal use and has a daily limit on the number of requests. We may limit or suspend an account that sends requests automatically, shares its access, or otherwise uses the service in a way that harms it or other users.
You are responsible for how you use Colve and its answers. Do not use Colve where outside help is not allowed, including exams, tests, or assessments whose rules forbid it, and do not use it to break any law, rule, or agreement that applies to you. Do not send content you have no right to send, and do not try to disrupt, copy, or reverse engineer the service.
Answers are produced by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. The AI may also decline to answer some content.
Colve sends answers through your own WhatsApp account, which you link to the application yourself. Colve is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta, and your use of WhatsApp stays subject to WhatsApp's own terms. WhatsApp may limit or close an account at its own decision, and we are not responsible for that.
We work to keep Colve available, but it depends on other services (the AI provider, WhatsApp, PayPal, and the internet) and may be interrupted. We may change, improve, or remove features over time.
You can stop using Colve and delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Colve is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on an answer, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Colve after a change means you accept the updated terms.
